You’re invited to a unique evening dedicated to building community among HR leaders, hosted by three trailblazers at the forefront of employee experience, homeownership innovation, and hospitality, each exploring a different way people find a sense of home. Mark Levy, Employee Experience pioneer, former HR Leader at Airbnb, and co-author of Employee Experience Design. Niles Xi’an Lichtenstein, CEO and Co-Founder of Nestment and co-author of the recently syndicated “The Starter Home is Dead? Now What”. Chef Brandon Jew, James Beard Award-winning chef, author of Mister Jiu's in Chinatown, and culinary force redefining Chinese cuisine. Together, they’ll unpack how employers are increasingly playing a meaningful role in a core part of the American dream: becoming a homeowner. At the intersection of financial wellness and overall well-being, home provides stability in a way few other things can and shapes the employee experience. Mark and Niles will share a few words on this recent evolution of homebuyer benefits for employees, and Chef Brandon will share a few words about memory, family, and the table his grandmother set that inspired his cooking. No long presentations, just a few thoughtful words. No sales materials, just signed copies of Employee Experience Design and Mister Jiu's in Chinatown: Recipes and Stories from the Birthplace of Chinese American Food. No forced meetings, just a fun and social gathering of HR minds open to evolving how we help make homeownership happen. Oh, and a few surprises along the way... This event is a part of #SFTechWeek, a week of events hosted by the top founders, funds, and companies to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at www.tech-week.com.
