THEME: RIDE THE WAVE 🌊 Like the ocean, life is full of changing currents! Together we'll work with the Sacral Chakra to cultivate flow, emotional release, creativity, and trust in the unfolding journey. What to expect: 🔊 Sound Bath Meditation Led by Renee, Sound & Breathwork Practitioner, this immersive experience with vibrations and frequencies is designed to relax your mind, body, and soul! It’s an invitation to soothe the nervous system, unplug from outside distractions, and enter into deeper states of relaxation and awareness! ✨Reiki Healing Led by Li’Shae, Reiki practitioner using intuitive touch infused with love and light. This sacred practice gently clears, and restores balance to the chakras. Reiki can support the release of stress, and anxiety inviting deep relaxation and inner clarity. This experience offers a gentle return to wholeness awakening peace connecting with your highest self. What to Bring: A Yoga Mat, Comfortable Clothing, Water! Optional: Blanket, Eye Mask, Pillow. ⚡️You’re also welcome to bring crystals or any personal items you'd like to charge with intention. ✍️Each guest will be asked to complete a brief consent form for Reiki Healing before the session. ⏰Please arrive early to give yourself time to settle in and relax.
