In 2 hours, you'll move through the same methodology I've used at work, taught at universities (e.g. Brown University, Hunter College), and in my 6-week cohort to 80+ professionals.
80% of them launched an MVP or advanced their career within 90 days.
You'll work through:
→ Problem Pressure Test: find a problem worth solving (and walk away from three that aren't)
→ Decision Value Stack: pressure-test whether anyone will actually pay for what you're building
→ Build / Skip Matrix: what to ship in v1, what to defer, what to kill.
You'll leave with a 1-page pressure-tested concept brief for your own AI product, and a clear sense of what "build it" actually looks like, whether "it" is a startup, a side project, or an internal tool at your company.
