We’re presenting to Community Board 3’s Parks, Recreation, Waterfront, & Resiliency Committee to advocate for adding lighting to the East River Park track. A CB3 resolution of support will help us push for funding from city and state officials. Show up, speak up, and help us make safe nighttime access to the track a reality! The meeting will take place at the BRC Senior Services Center, 30 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002 Your voice can make a real impact! Here’s how you can help: Attend the meeting to help demonstrate demand for this initiative. Speak during public comment section to share why lighting the East River Track matters to you. Focus on one or two key points, and share personal experiences. Be respectful and positive—writing your comments down can help if you're nervous. See you there!
