Hung up on that break up? You’re not alone. Our talented lineup of performers will speak to your heart during a night centered on breakups and loss. You’ll hear poetry, prose, comedy, and music throughout the night, and we’ll end on a high note with speciality cocktails and happy hour all night at the C List Cocktail Bar (this deal is only for event attendees!). The performance will be at the Nonbinarian Bookstore located at 1130 President Street in Brooklyn. In order to attend, you’ll need to either test for COVID and show a picture of your negative result or wear a mask. Masks are available at the venue. After the event, you’re invited to join us for the afterparty at the C List Cocktail Bar (formerly Union Street Pub) at 835 Franklin Ave in Brooklyn. It’s an 8 min walk from the event venue. Support a newly opened Black & queer owned business! Please keep in mind: -This is not an open mic, but we can have one in the future if there’s enough interest! -We’re not charging for event attendance, and instead suggest that you donate to the bookstore so they can continue to do mutual aid and other great work.
