I’m so excited to work with Cabuc, they are one of my favorite cafes and a really UES gem!! As always please rsvp to give us a rough idea of how many people might be coming/how much to bake. Please preorder as well!! It will reserve your order and ensure the treats you want don’t sell out before you get there How it works: This pop-up will be a little bit different, we’ll have three different types of cookies (each with shortbread, a chewy almost caramel layer, and topped with chocolate ganache and flakey salt).
