Synergos - Group Coherence Experience
Welcome to Synergos, a group exploration in connection, relationality, and co-awakening. This invite has made its way to you because we believe in the power of unity and want YOU to be a part of it.
Together, we will join in exploration of social coherence through world-class facilitation by breathwork expert, JJ Ruescas, and group sync specialist, Kaela Atleework.
The English word Synergy is derived from the Greek Synergos, meaning "working together." Humans accomplish amazing feats on their own, but we believe there is a singular magic when groups become greater than the sum of their parts.
The itinerary includes:
Introductory Connection Practices. A titrated journey into connection to self, to another, and to us. A discovery process of I, thou, and we.
“Oxygen Experience” Signature Breathwork. JJ will masterfully guide us through the clearing and rejuvinating power of breathwork. Here you will be invited further into the group field.
"The Art of Ensemble." Using the art of intentional listening and dance-based physical contact, Kaela will lead us towards shifting our state into collective awareness. This is a discovery in how deep the words tribe or community can go. No prior experience in practices necessary.
A group harvest session will conclude the event for individual shares and integration.
