Additional Important Information:  No Smoking or Cannabis Consumption: Due to the public park setting, smoking and cannabis consumption are strictly prohibited.  What to Wear: Dress appropriately for the weather, including light, breathable clothing to handle the heat. Wear long sleeves and pants to protect against ticks and other insects.  Bring a Water Bottle: Stay hydrated by bringing your own water bottle.  Footwear: Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes suitable for uneven and possibly muddy terrain.  Sun Protection: Apply sunscreen and wear a hat or sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.  Insect Repellent: Consider using insect repellent to further protect against ticks and other bugs.  Stay on Designated Trails: For your safety and to protect the environment, please stay on marked paths and follow all posted signs.  Leave No Trace: Pack out all trash and belongings to keep the park clean and beautiful.  Emergency Contact: Ensure someone knows your plans and fill out the below emergency contact information.
