Celebrate the end of Ramadan with a performance by Shahzad Ismaily, the multi-instrumentalist The New York Times called "musicians’ favorite musician," featuring plenty of food (samosas abound) and drink.
Shahzad Ismaily, a Pakistani-American multi-instrumentalist, has worked with everyone from Feist and Yoko Ono to Tom Waits and Lou Reed. Most recently, Shahzad received two Grammy nominations for his work on “Love In Exile” with Vijay Iyer and Arooj Aftab.
This year's community nights are proudly sponsored by LUNAR, an AAPI-owned craft hard seltzer made with real Asian fruits, and SANZO, the first Asian-inspired sparkling water.
