The Nature Club is heading out for a group hike on August 23rd, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Boyd Big Tree Preserve Conservation Area, and we’d love for you to come along! We’ll be hiking Janie Trail, a 2.8 mile trail rated “Most Difficult.” This is the longest and most challenging trail in the conservation area, Janie Trail follows the ridgetop and comes down the mountain on a steep slope. Please wear good hiking shoes, bring plenty of water, and pack any snacks you might want for the hike.
