If you've been looking for a reason to get out of the house, this is it! Join us for another 'Nice to Meet You' hosted at Handlebar, where making new friends is the whole point. We host these gatherings twice a month to help adults build real, platonic friendships in a fun, welcoming, and low-pressure environment. Whether you're flying solo or bringing a friend along, you'll fit right in. 🗓 When: Wednesday, August 19th ⏰ Time: 6 - 8pm 📍 Where: Handlebar - 4127 Manchester Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110 Here's how it works: 👥 We'll seat everyone in small groups of 4–6 people 🔄 Every 30 minutes, we'll rotate the tables so you have the chance to meet lots of different people 💬 Conversation prompts are available if you want a little inspiration, but they're always optional What's included: 🍕 Free pizza 🥂 Arrive by 6:30pm for a free welcome shot! We do a headcount at 6:30 so the bar knows how many shots to prepare (they choose the flavor). Around 6:45, we'll gather for our group toast to new friends and a fun night ahead. Non-alcoholic options are available too. Good to know: 🔞 21+ only 🌈 Everyone is welcome - we're proud to be an inclusive space for all identities. 🤝 This is a friend-making event, not a dating event. Most people come by themselves, so don't stress if you're showing up solo. We'll make sure you're part of the conversation from the moment you arrive. To keep things comfortable, we limit attendance to 30 people, so showing up a little early is always a good idea. When NTMY wraps up at 8pm, Handlebar's karaoke gets started! 🎤 It's not officially part of our event, but a lot of us stick around afterward to sing, cheer people on, and keep the conversations going. 📅 Can't make it this time?
