Join Local 3005 as we bring the Labor Day spirit of solidarity and union democracy back to DC37! When we fight for each other, we are also fighting for our communities. We are New Yorkers. Our wins are the wins of all New Yorkers. Come on down for games, music, prizes, and loud pro-union speeches. We're having a press conference to uplift the need for member ratification of unit contracts that are negotiated between DC37 and the City of New York's Office of Labor Relations. We deserve to vote on our unit contracts; it's in our constitution! Unit contracts get little attention but they can have big impacts on improving working conditions.
