As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse — the ritual of coming back into our own presence, our own breath and bodies.
This one is a homecoming. After a year of beaches, domes and borrowed rooms, PULSE LIVE has a home in Laguna: Bridge Hall, 340 St. Ann's Dr. A real dance floor under our feet, room for 100 of us. Parking details coming soon.
The eight-piece band drops into live improvisation as a nervous system instrument. We open with breathwork, move together with contact improv, and land in a closing sound bath. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed.
Saturday, August 29. Doors 5:30pm, music 6–9:00.
