Yerbana - YOGA IN THE PARK: Season 6 | Session #13

🌿 WE ARE BACK!!! AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL! 💗 Please invite all of your friends! Every Thursday from May through September, hundreds of Seattleites roll out their mats at Gas Works Park (and Woodland Park for Flow in the Forest editions) - strangers at the start of class, friends by the end. That's not an accident. That's the whole point! Yerbana Yoga in the Park is accessible, outdoor, and open to everyone. No experience needed. No barriers. Just movement, music, and the kind of real human connection that does something good for your nervous system… and your soul. 🧘‍♀️ Up to 1,500 people. ☀️ A skyline view. 🙏 Seattle's best instructors. 🪩 Live DJs. 🥗 A full wellness vendor market on the lawn. And it's been free/donate what you can, every single week, for six years. Come as you are. Bring a mat, some water, and whoever you want to bring along. 🧘 ________________________ 🎤 THIS WEEK'S SESSION SPONSOR: Trufusion Ballard TruFusion is a locally owned fitness studio bringing together yoga, Pilates, barre, and strength training under one roof—creating a space where movement meets community. With three locations; Bellevue, Ballard, and University Village, TruFusion offers both heated and non-heated classes designed for all levels. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, you’ll find an energizing, inclusive experience that helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and reset your mind. 🔗 www.TruFusion.com 📸 Instagram: @trufusionwashington — 🧘 THIS WEEK'S INSTRUCTOR: Olivia Fleming She has been a seeker her whole life, rooted in Seattle and drawn to the deeper truths that movement and stillness reveal. With over 12 years of study, a 500-hour certification, and a practice spanning yogic philosophy, pranayama, Reiki, sound healing, and mantra, Olivia teaches yoga in its fullest sense — all eight limbs — guiding students toward inner stillness and transformation through the grounding principle of Ahimsa, non-violence. 🔗 www.olivialaurenyoga.com 📸 Instagram: @olivialaurenyoga ________________________ 💚 SUPPORT THE MISSION: Yoga in the Park is free because people like you show up and care. If this event has meant something to you — a Thursday that turned your week around, a community you didn't know you needed — consider supporting it. Every dollar goes directly toward keeping this free and accessible for all of Seattle. 🙏 If YITP has been a force of good in your life, please consider making a donation to help support accessible wellness in Seattle & beyond. _____ 💛 THANK YOU TO OUR 2026 SEASON SPONSORS None of this happens without the people and brands who believe in what we're building.
