Introducing our Newest Movement Artist and Instructor AMARA CHAINS Teaching, Stilettos & Steel ⛓️ Unlock your inner enchantress in this sultry all levels aerial chains class designed for performing in heels. Class will consist of a warm up, conditioning, sequences, and flow time. You will learn tricks, spin technique, and musicality while building up your pain tolerance and your confidence to perform in a safe space. No previous aerial experience required. Recommended for those familiar with at least training inverts in pole. Come in as many or as little layers as you want. Don’t forget your stilettos!
