✨ A 5-part drop-in-friendly series designed and guided by Yours Truly✨
No, you won’t be flirting with other people in these gatherings, you’ll be flirting with yourself and with reality.
By flirting, I mean being curious and thoughtful about your inner landscape and outer world without committing yourself to them. It’s showing interest in, and experimenting with, your experience while staying open to other possibilities - other realities.
These spaces aren’t for processing deep emotional trauma. They’re for expanding and fine-tuning your awareness of both your inner and outer worlds - for discovering how your subjective experience and objective reality can coexist in harmony, guided by the Five Practices of Authentic Relating:
Welcome Everything, Assume Nothing, Reveal Your Experience, Own Your Experience, and Honor Self & Other.
Each 2-hour gathering follows a familiar flow:
🪞 Opening (30 min) — Context setting + light teaching on the AR practices
🎭 Exploration (60 min) — Experiential theme-based activities
🌾 Harvest (30 min) — Spacious closing circle for reflection and emergence
You can drop in for a single session or join the whole 5-part journey. Each one stands alone, yet together they form a deepening exploration of how we harmonize inner and outer truth through connection, curiosity, and play.
