WOMB PORTAL — Opening Night
April 22 • 7–10 PM • Ace Hotel 20w 29st New York Join us for an immersive evening of sound, image, and feeling. Begin with a sound bath led by Kia Islam in the gallery, followed by an introduction to Womb Portal by Angela, featuring an ambient audio collaboration with Daystar woven through the photographic work. The night continues with a live harp performance by Princesa in the lobby, and closes with a DJ set by Ss.Sylver. Come ready to be transported. A testament to the strength and deep love of a woman and the creative portal that is the womb—exploring pregnancy, loss, birth, and motherhood. To choose, to have no choice, to make impossible choices. Featuring original tintypes and printed work from Image Atlas aka Angela Jones. This event is entirely self funded and the goddess artists are performing for love. A donation would go far and be much appreciated. Can’t wait to share this with you all!!!
