Join The Chroniclers for an evening celebrating the halfway point of our documentary campaign, George Lucas: The Lost Golden Age!
We’re gathering at MacLeod Ale Brewing Co. in Van Nuys to raise a glass with backers, friends, and fellow film lovers who’ve helped bring this project to life.
Come hang out, meet the filmmakers, and hear a few behind-the-scenes stories about the making of the documentary — including our recent interview with Young Indiana Jones writer Matthew Jacobs, and the exciting news that legendary illustrator Paul Shipper (Star Wars, Indiana Jones, The Mandalorian) has joined the project as our poster artist!
To make the night even more fun, we’ll be giving away a few prizes — including a copy of the comic book adaptation of Young Indiana Jones and the Curse of the Jackal for the best cosplay of the evening. (So dust off your fedoras, field jackets, or Lucas-era vintage gear — creativity encouraged!)
It’s a casual, open event — no tickets, no speeches — just a great evening with great people who love George Lucas, filmmaking, and a good pint.
