We’ll be enjoying lunch together, and having a brief (45m ~1hr) group discussion centered on our intentions for the year ahead.
We’ll look back a little to celebrate what we want to celebrate from 2024, reflect on things that didn’t go the way we wanted them to, and create a sense of how we want this year to go and how we’ll go about making that happen.
It’s a great opportunity to check in with yourself about your intentions for the year, share that with others and hear about their intentions, and get some great feedback and insight from the group discussion & dynamics.
