each of us will publish three blog posts over the course of 9 hours — one every three hours. everyone gets lunch (noon), but only those who meet the deadlines get dinner (7pm).

9:30am: plan out your posts, chat with other folks, get prepped
10am: Formal Official Kickoff
1pm: click publish on your first post
4pm: click publish on your second post
7pm: click publish on your third post
7:01pm onward: dinner & hang out

(you can come with mostly-finished drafts, or start them at the start of each block — the only thing that matters is that, every 3 hours, you've shipped a post.)
