Join Rachel Doza, pelvic floor PT and owner of Empowered Physical Therapy, for an easy, kid-friendly 1.8-mile hike, followed by time to hang out and enjoy hot chocolate together. This local pelvic floor physical therapy practice is excited to bring the community together for a relaxed morning outside. You’re welcome to hike the full loop, join for part of the hike, or come just for the picnic and hot chocolate. Look for a lawn sign that says "Hike, Hang, & Hot Cocoa". We plan to hike first then return for riverside hang & hot cocoa time :)
