Join Rachel Doza, pelvic floor PT and owner of Empowered Physical Therapy, for an easy, kid-friendly 1.8-mile hike, followed by time to hang out and enjoy hot chocolate together. This local pelvic floor physical therapy practice is excited to bring the community together for a relaxed morning outside. Bring a picnic lunch, a blanket or chair, and whatever your kids need to be comfortable. You’re welcome to hike the full loop, join for part of the hike, or come just for the picnic and hot chocolate.
