to my fellow job hunters and the flex schedule crew: this week, we’re hitting the mcnee ranch trail for some major coastal elevation. 📍 location: mcnee ranch state park. 📏 5mi loop / 1,213 ft gain ⏳ estimated time: 2.5–3 hr. 🌲 vibes: we start in the woods but spend most of the time on open fire roads with massive views of shelter cove and the pacific. 🧴 essentials: sun protection and plenty of water are a must since most of the loop is unshaded. wear sturdy shoes for the slippery descents. 🏃‍♀️ pace check: plz be confident in your ability to maintain a steady group tempo. we move together and keep a consistent flow. 🚫 heads up: dogs are allowed here but must be on a leash. see you on the ridge. 🫡⛰️
