Back to the Womb is an invitation for the little one we all have inside…to come out and play.
This isn’t about pretending to be a kid again.
It’s about reclaiming the parts of you that never stopped wanting wonder, the parts that still know how to trust, express, connect, and create without shame.
Whether you're healing, growing, or just craving a day of barefoot joy, this experience is your playground for emotional freedom, movement, and real connection.
We’ll practice authentic relating activities (AR). We'll play games, move like weirdos, breathe together, and reflect deeply…all while holding space for your wild, tender, magical self.
No performance. No perfection. Just presence, play, and realness.
This isn’t just about having fun (though we’ll have tons of that). It’s about transforming how you show up in life by returning to the parts of you that were never broken.
