Long before today’s surge of research and headlines, women have been quietly carrying this movement forward in the underground. This panel gathers a circle of facilitators whose paths have unfolded over years of devotion and preparation, bringing together collective decades of wisdom and experience. Moderated by designer and activist Mara Hoffman, the conversation will center on lived experience, what it means to guide, protect, and serve in spaces often unseen. Together, the panelists will explore trust, safety, discernment, and the deeper meaning of walking this path as women. Intimate, real, and necessary, this gathering offers clarity and guidance for a community ready to listen. This isn’t a panel about clinical trials or research findings, it’s about lived experience. It’s about the women who have been quietly moving this movement forward in the underground for decades. We’re hearing again and again that people want to know where to go, who to trust, and how to feel safe and we want to speak to that directly. The intention behind this panel is clarity, empowerment, and access. We want to open a deeper dialogue around trust, discernment, safety, and what it truly means to walk this path as a woman in this work. The conversation will be intimate, real, and necessary.
