You asked. You DM’d. You demanded more cakes. And so… we’re back by popular demand! It’s time for our second DC Bitches Cake Swap, and this one is landing right in peak cherry blossom season. In honor of the blooms, we highly encourage (but do not require!) spring-themed or cherry blossom-inspired cakes. Think florals, pastels, citrus, matcha, strawberry, and your best drawn petals. Your soft, delusional, main-character spring fantasy in cake form. Here’s how it works: ✨ You bring a cake (homemade or store-bought, we do not judge). ✨ We slice and swap so everyone goes home with a dreamy little sampler box. ✨ We chat. We drink seltzer. We make friends. We aggressively compliment each other’s cake skills. This is a women-only space, and yes, you should absolutely come alone. That’s the magic. You’ll walk in nervous and leave with six slices of cake and at least three new group chats. 💸 $10 to cover supplies (boxes, plates, utensils, drinks, etc.) 🎂 Bring a cake to participate in the swap 🌸 Spring vibes strongly encouraged Back by popular demand. Bigger. Better. Buttercream-ier. The point is community, friendship, and delicious cake. Only 60 spots are available so please RSVP only if it’s a yes! Once your Venmo is received, you are guaranteed a spot (you must pre-pay). There will be NO refunds after March 21. You will have to find someone to take your spot after this date to receive a refund.
