Put them kids to bed! And then join me every Tuesday for a night cap in our indoor space with some musical vibrations and lavender essence. Set an intention, release negative energy and get the sleep you deserve for 45 minutes.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, pillow and a sleeping bag/blanket. You will be sitting/lying on the ground.

3400 Block of Upshur St, Brentwood, MD (Will reveal address after RSVP due to it being an ADU).
Cost:
