Join us for an embodied journey into full, liberated expression through movement and voice.
Through guided freeform movement and embodied vocal expression, we explore deeper layers of authentic expression that live beyond words. In a culture that has grown disconnected from these essential, human practices, this workshop offers a return to movement and voice as accessible, ritual pathways for everyone.
Together, we reconnect with dance and song as ancient forms of expression—ways to feel, process, and be seen within ourselves and in community. Guided by Paige Nelson and Heather Christie, this experience invites you to come fully into the body and fully into the voice, allowing expression to arise naturally, honestly, and from within.
No prior movement or singing experience is needed. Come as you are.

This workshop is in association with Created By Sound, taking place at Butterfly Mountain on March 21st, 2026.
Master musicians will be gathered to plant seeds of inspiration, hope, love, and joy. Through workshops, sound journeys, and moments of deep listening, a space of healing and creativity will be co-created—one that invites the inner musician in each of us to emerge.
Together, we celebrate harmony between earth, sound, and community, carrying these seeds outward into the world.
