Join us for a deeply nourishing Sunset Sound Bath set against the golden skies of Mission Bay. This donation-based gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect—with yourself, your breath, and the natural rhythms around you.
We’ll begin by settling into the space as the sun starts to dip, then gently guide you into a full-body sound immersion using crystal singing bowls and soothing frequencies designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore energetic balance.

• 45–50 minute immersive sound bath
