Join us on Tuesday, March 31st, for an evening of conversations surrounding “Light Matter,” Nancy Burson’s solo exhibition currently on view at Heft. The evening will feature a screening of the short documentary film "It’s Not About Us", followed by short Conversations with the film's director Anthony Werhun, Burson, and then a discussion between the two. This Conversations event will explore the history leading up to Light Matter, as well as offer insight into the themes animating Burson’s Quantum Entanglement Paintings, Quantum Observation Videos, composite portraits, and sculptural experiences ongoing throughout the show. The screening will begin playing at 7pm.
