We will provide tools to use to draw freely within the liminal space of meditation & waking. Plus, tea & light snacks.
What to expect:
Movement practice: a gentle feel-good flow to loosen up the body
Yoga Nidra: a guided meditation practice that aims to create a state of consciousness between waking & sleeping, with body scan, breath awareness & visualization we will release creative blocks & allow space to return within.
Gentle Return: time to slowly & peacefully arrive back into the physical.
Creative Expression: structured time & guidance to let your visions & expressions flow from hands to paper.
