we are bringing back the trading / bartering system. come to the meetup with a random physical item (or two or three) that you want to trade or giveaway. Items can truly be up to your imagination - a book, a zine, a cool poster, a piece of clothing, a seed packet or plant, a knick knack, a vintage tech gadget, a sheet of lasagna or cookies, a chair or desk, etc. Bring your own food, snacks and bevs if you want to hang around the park. And a picnic blanket to sit on :) if you're running the brooklyn half marathon, come after!! trade your medal or your bib or your free shirt! You do not have to be on substack/be a substacker to participate. All are welcome :)
