°ᴗ°On the tunes: renowned guitarist Mike Gamble is joined by drummer Machado Mijiga and bassist Andrew Jones. As Nels Cline of Wilco once said, “Mike Gamble is dangerous in the best way.” Music is 7-9pm
On the food: chef Sam Saltos of Hiyaku will serve sushi hand rolls. Chef Saltos has worked at some of the best spots in the world (Noma, Sushi Noz, Zilla Sake) and now hosts an 8-seat omakase pop-up one weekend a month in addition to his less formal hand roll popups. Food is 5-9pm
On the drinks: our menu full of premium, rare, craft Japanese sake.
