Come join Hailey (our workout activity coordinator) for a private slow flow class at Yoga Six in downtown Vancouver WA. This is perfect for ALL levels and is Ems favorite type of yoga class.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. If you don’t have a mat, you can rent one from yoga six!
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to check in, get your spot and ready for class! It is all street parking too, so give yourself time for that!
