This is Christina’s signature ceremony which includes vocal activation, breathwork, & sound healing. We stimulate the vagus nerve with vocal activation, which helps you tap into the part of your body that stores your Emotions. Then we use your breath - your life force - to help you feel, process, and release your emotions. Finally, you receive a relaxing sound bath to help you integrate all that you’ve experienced. What to bring: - Yoga mat - Water bottle - Pillow - Blanket - Layers (your temp may fluctuate) - An open heart 🥰 Please arrive EARLY as we will start *promptly* at 6:30pm!
