"Family Style" is a group dinner series where we visit “under-appreciated” restaurants, bringing together folks to experience different cultures through good food and conversation.
For this dinner, we'll be going to Old Jerusalem, a Palestinian owned restaurant in the Mission. Come have dips like hummus and ful, kebabs, and traditional dishes like mousakhan and mansaf!

FAQ:
1. How much does this cost?
- We're ordering communally/family-style so expect to split the cost of dinner evenly with the whole group. Based on the prices at this restaurant, expect ~$30 with tip.

"The Children of Diaspora” was started by Andrew Pang (a child of Chinese immigrants and Bay Area-native) and Dennis “Conrad” Johnson (a child of Sierra-Leonian immigrants, and long-time resident of SF). Their mission is rooted in bridging communities by celebrating, appreciating and creating a deeper understanding of others’ cultures. Together, they curate experiences that resonate with both the traditional and the modern.
