The cookbook for July is Mastering the Art of Plant-Based Cooking: Vegan Recipes, Tips, and Techniques by Joe Yonan. This can be purchased and is also available at the New York Public Library. An excerpt is linked above. Please bring a dish from the cookbook - COMMENT BELOW WHAT YOU ARE BRINGING so we can avoid duplicates. Check the photo album to select a recipe (be aware that ingredient recipes also appear). If you'd like a particular recipe from the table of contents (linked above), email Caitlin (caitlin.gamble.001@gmail.com). At the July cookbook club, you'll also have an opportunity to take action for animals! We’ll be taking digital actions together in support of the Compass campaign — such as posting social media comments, calling corporate offices, and emailing executives. Feel free to bring a laptop or iPad for a larger screen and easier access to links.
