This event is structured to help you tap into your body and express yourself, share your voice and be a witness to your own healing and the healing of others, and then ground and clear your energy. You will break through barriers and fears around expressing yourself and being seen, connect to parts of yourself that are unexpressed, honor your authentic voice, and will hopefully experience a whole lotta joy! Hosts: Paula Kusinska - Somatic Parts Work Practitioner, Energy Worker, Astrologer Kelly Megumi - Reiki Practitioner, Spiritual Life Coach Schedule 4:00-4:10 Arrive + Introductions 4:10-5:00 Somatic Play Workshop 5:00-5:45 Sharing Circle 5:45-6:00 Break + Set Up for Reiki 6:00-6:30 Group Reiki Session What to Bring: - yoga mat + pillow for reiki session (you will be laying down) - optional eye cover for reiki session - optional blanket/sweatshirt as your body temperature may decrease during the reiki session - wear loose clothing so your body may be at ease and expressive Event is upstairs at Sports Basement on Bryant - if entering from Florida St, enter the parking garage, walk to the back and go up the stairs to enter the store - if entering from Bryant St, enter the store and walk to the registers - take the elevator or stairs up to the top floor *please consider time for parking and locating the space when planning your journey to the event* Please cancel RSVP by Friday June 5th for a refund No refunds after June 5th
