Join us for Speak Easy! ☕️🗣️
Come hang out, grab a drink, and chat about the things that actually affect you in Toronto, whether it’s life, the government, or everyday struggles.  Pull up, make new friends, and find out you’re not alone. 

We’re RISE amabassadors, and we’re on a mission to make civic engagement feel accessible, not intimidating. After talking to youth across the city, we heard the same thing: The biggest barrier is just not knowing enough about how it all works.

That’s why we created Speak Easy—a completely free and beginner-friendly event designed to demystify our government. Whether you’re a total newbie or just curious, come hang out with us for an evening of learning and connection, over coffee, tea, and snacks.

Come for the knowledge, stay for the community, and leave knowing at least one new thing. Raffle prizes for RSVP-ing!
