Join me for SUP yoga in Windsor on Sunday 6th August at 10:00am. The session costs (to be paid via above Revolut link) : - SUP Yoga including board hire : £25 - SUP Yoga excluding board hire : £15 This session is designed to connect the body, breath and mind through a dynamic yoga flow in a beautiful nature setting on the River Thames. The session is beginner friendly and offers everyone a fun and unique experience on the water. Post session continue the good vibes and join us for a well deserved coffee at a local Windsor coffee shop (coffee not included in session fee).
