Join us for a Tech Week NYC candid fireside chat diving into the ever-evolving ecosystem of developer tools, publishing platforms, what devs want and don't want, and the tech investors are betting on.
What do developers really want from tools and engines? What trends are gaining traction and which ones are losing steam? And how can creators and investors align in an industry that’s moving fast and breaking molds? We want devs, creators, and investors to have an honest conversation about current and future tech.
This conversation brings together indie devs, platform reps, and investors for a look at:
- Emerging dev tools & tech shaping workflows
- The growing expectations around platform support
- How devs really feel about future tech
- What funding partners are seeking in tomorrow’s games
- Why some platforms fail to win dev trust (and how to fix it)
Whether you're a dev, founder, investor, or just obsessed with the backend of game creation, this is the room to hear what’s next—and what needs to change. This will be a casual, open conversation between panelists and the audience. This is a friendly, funny and, open space to chat about tech and future tech.
If you have a tech or game demo, feel free to bring it!
And most importantly, we will have free food and drinks provided :) So at the very least, come for a drink. Both alcohol and NA.
