Let’s re-elect our plant-based champion, Councilmember Chelsea Byers! Here are some of the her achievements for the vegan community: -- City sponsored Food Day in 2025 & 2026 -- Ban sale of small animals in pet stores -- Plant-based by default policy at city sponsored events and meetings -- Promoted Veganuary, 2025 & 2026 -- During Conference of Mayors in 2025, she was proud to speak about plant-based by default policies She is running for re-election and needs our help! We are hosting a meet and greet for her on 3/8 at Plummer Park to find out more about her re-election campaign and how we can help!
