So join us for a SAVEUR popup at Caldo Verde, Downtown LA Proper Hotel’s flagship restaurant from the James Beard Award-winning team of chef Suzanne Goin and Restaurateur Caroline Styne, to celebrate with us.
Passed bites and an artichoke grazing table, inspired by SAVEUR recipes & curated by Chef Suzanne Goin, will be served alongside cocktails & wine—all made possible by support from Tequila Ocho.
Editor-in-Chief Kat Craddock will be signing magazines. Fresh off SAVEUR’s first print run in over four years, event attendees can pick up a copy of the newly released Issue 202. The new cover features Lebanese cook Olga Bacha, with other stories ranging from artichokes, the San Gabriel Valley, and baijiu cocktails to Japanese artisans and eating on the moon.
