Relax and restore in a musical realm. Meditate to thoughts, dreams, and memories. Release what you need and absorb harmonious peace through the music.
Arrival is at 7:15. There will be a settling in period before the hour-long session, which begins at 7:30. Journaling will be optional during the last 10 minutes. There will be a quiet farewell with hopes you carry the experience with you.
You can bring your own yoga mat and/or blanket but there are also plenty available for use. Paper, pen, pillow, and hydration are optional but encouraged.
