Rise with the sun and return to your center.
Join us in sacred stillness and sound as dawn kisses the earth awake.
Let the tones of healing instruments, ancestral rhythms, and loving presence open the heart, calm the mind, and honor the soul.
We invite you to arrive **15 minutes early** to settle in gently before the journey begins.
✨ Please bring:
* A yoga mat or blanket for your comfort
* A bottle of water to stay hydrated
* A favorite mug for our shared **Tea Ceremony** 🌿
The vibrant **Sea Moss Yogi** will be vending nourishing elixirs alongside our facilitators—be sure to bring a little something to support local wellness.
This gathering begins **promptly at 6:00 AM**—early arrival is essential to preserve the sacredness of our shared space.
All ages are welcome; children may join as long as their presence remains peaceful and honoring of the experience.
