Community coworking with live music: Focus Lab 3/9
Focus Lab is a deep work session at a coffee shop, where we get our shit done, together– driven by live focus music played through wireless headphones.
The sound moves through a few focus waves, with gentle awareness check-ins throughout to help recalibrate, stretch, and stay aligned. A shared digital space also helps create a sense of being in the room together without interrupting individual flow.
Bring something that needs to get done, that you've been avoiding, or that just needs some uninterrupted time. Then stick around after for social hangs and lunch! FourFiveSix coffee shop (Williamsburg) has great coffee, solid food, comfy space, wifi, and plenty of outlets.

Self service check-in opens at 10:30am. Sound begins at 11. The sound experience builds progressively, so prompt arrival is encouraged to have time to settle in / grab a coffee etc., but drop ins are also welcome.
