End of Year Reflect & Connect
Close out the year with reflection, connection and community.
I'll be hosting another meet-up November 8th.
This session with be part journaling, and part discussion and conversation around topics of body image, self acceptance, body neutrality and self image.
It will be a chance to reflect, check-in and catch-up. Share your body image challenges and wins you’ve had this year in a supportive group. Bring a pen or pencil and something to write on (a notebook, journal, piece of paper etc).
This will be the last meet-up for this year (will start up again next spring!) so I hope you’ll join :)
