Active day ahead of us ladies!!🧘🏼‍♀️🏓 Join us for hot yoga and pickleball on August 9th! We will start off with hot yoga at 11AM at District Hot Yoga NYACK location. You will have to register for this class ahead of time to ensure a spot. All spots are first come first serve. Cost is $31. Yoga ends at 12pm! Let’s refuel our bodies by getting a quick bite to eat at Strawberry Place. Just a short walk down the road. We will go over our August agenda and chat. End the day with some friendly competition at the new pickleball courts at the North Rockland Central Administration Building in Garnerville. Please bring your own paddles as they will be limited. If you are unable to join us for yoga, no problem.. Stop by for food and/or a game of pickleball! See you all soon💕💕
