The March menu is a bridge for food-core from the places I lived in. The bbq culture of Texas, the meat-and-potato cuisine of the Midwest (US), and those of the Netherlands share a common thread with Bengali cuisine, where every meat dish has a rockstar sidekick in the potatoes.
