Black Women’s Yoga Class (beginner friendly)
Beauty Shop Yoga is a container solely dedicated to Black women’s experiences, wellness, and voices to be expressed without minimizing or judgement. We’ve hosted this weekly space since February 2026 and are excited to continue making space for our community. This is a FUBU operation.
We lead sessions filled with movement, breath, processing, and feeling connected to community.
On May 23, Dominique Cowling will host our session with her deeply restful session and essence. Other weeks are covered by Armani!
We are look forward to welcoming you every Saturday from 1-2:30pm at Nest Yoga (3976 Piedmont Ave).
To access the studio, enter a hallway between "Given Gold Jewelers" and "Christian Science Reading Room". As you get to the end of the hallway, the door is on the left. We will welcome you to check-in!
