Faraz brings something genuinely different to the mat. As a former D1 collegiate distance runner and dedicated weightlifter, he approaches yoga through an athletic lens, which means his flows are purposeful, challenging, and really fun. Every posture is intentionally sequenced to breath, with options for beginners and plenty of room for experienced practitioners to push their edge.
One more thing worth noting: Faraz offers hands-on assists for students who welcome them, a thoughtful and increasingly rare offering that reflects how much he values connected, attentive teaching.
Whether you've never tried yoga or you've been practicing for years, this class meets you where you are and gives you room to grow. Expect to work hard, breathe deep and have a good time doing it!
What to bring: Water, towel, and a mat if you have one (we've got extras). Stretchy, comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in at the front desk with a valid photo ID.
